Fellow Greens,

Please, please take a few minutes to go vote today, Tuesday Sept 17, primary
day!  And if do vote Green, and we don't already know about it, please let us
know!

If you're registered as an independent/unenrolled or as a Green Party voter, it

is VERY important that you go out and vote today in the Green Party primary
(Dems can only vote in the Dem primary, Republicans in the Republican primary,
and Libertarians in the Libertarian primary).

Why vote Green?  For several reasons:

1) To make sure Paul Lachelier wins the Green Party primary for State
Representative in the 26th Middlesex District (East Cambridge and East
Somerville).  Paul is not opposed by any Green in the Green Party primary. But
there is always the chance Paul's Democratic Party opponent may try to get a
write-in, unenrolled, non-Green candidate to run in the Green primary.  It's a
dirty trick, but it's unfortunately legal.

2) To support our statewide Green Party candidates!  Jill Stein is running for
Governor, Tony Lorenzen for Lieutenant Governor, and James O'Keefe for State
Treasurer.

3) To signal the growing strength of the Green Party as an alternative to the
political establishment and its status quo.

If you don't know whether you're registered to vote, whether you're registered
Green or unenrolled/independent, where to vote, or else, call your city
elections office to find out.

In Somerville, call 617-625-6600, and ask for the Elections office.

The polls are open 7am to 8pm Tuesday only.
